I just had to write to you. You have a most impressive staff. My mother is a resident of Seven Acres on the Oshman wing. I visit her at least three times a week and have seen your staff in action. Everyone from the nurses to the aides are warm, gentle, and caring. They work extremely hard feeding, lifting immovable patients and caring for their personal needs without a complaint and always with a smile and reassuring word. William M.

Seven Acres offers Hospice Services in partnership through a contractual agreement with Vitas Hospice Care Services. Our Hospice Services are designed to provide comfort and support to residents and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments. The goal of hospice care is to improve the quality of a resident's last days by offering comfort and dignity. Hospice addresses all symptoms of a disease, with a special emphasis on controlling a patient's pain and discomfort. Hospice deals with the emotional, social and spiritual impact of the disease on the resident and his or her family and friends.
