We want to express our deep appreciation for the excellent care your organization gave to my mother. The team on the Alzheimer’s Unit showed such kindness to Mother while she was there; and during those last few days, they did all they could to make our heavy burden a bit lighter. We cannot say enough good things about everyone on that team. These people are truly dedicated to their profession and the caring of our parents. They are beautiful individuals. Residents at this level maintain an inconsistent capacity of independence. These Residents are basically able to make some of their needs known, however, they generally require assistance in many aspects of daily living.
