Seven Acres is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian, certified and licensed Medicaid and private pay facility. We are very sensitive to your needs for admission to Seven Acres or The Medallion Jewish Assisted Living Residence and our social workers are available to work with you on all of your needs. We encourage you to phone our information line at 713-778-5749 to hear more about admission to Seven Acres. Admissions packets and applications are available at our reception desk, which is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We also invite you to call us to schedule a personal tour (832-472-7306). Our campus tours are available on a daily basis. We hope you will find that Seven Acres will be able to meet your needs and provide a wonderful home for your loved one with the highest levels of care in a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment.
