Residents and their families and friends choose Seven Acres because of the high quality and comprehensive scope of services we offer. Our unique and welcoming home, combined with excellent services delivered by a compassionate, experienced medical staff, have made us a model for geriatric care.
Seven Acres is dedicated to maximizing the quality of care received by every resident through the collaborative involvement of each department. The Home maintains highly specialized departments for Nursing and Social Services.
Seven Acres provides a seamless continuum of care, from services for the frail aged who require supervision, to Intermediate Care Services for those who require significant monitoring and intervention and those who require physically dependent care. There are dedicated units for those in need of general Alzheimer’s care services as well as highly specialized Alzheimer’s care. Seven Acres also provides Hospice care services through our association with Vitas Hospice.
