Book of Memory
Dear Friends,
As the High Holy Days approach, we are beginning to prepare the Seven Acres/The Medallion 2022-5783 Book of Memory. We look forward to the opportunity to memorialize your loved ones.
In addition to our regular Book of Memory listing ($18.00 per name), we also invite you to participate in our High Holiday Flower Fund. Your contribution to the Flower Fund ($36.00 per name) will help to underwrite the cost of our beautiful High Holiday service flower arrangements and will also be acknowledged in the Book of Memory.
Please complete and return the form below with your remittance by August 19, 2022. The Book of Memory will be distributed at the Yizkor service on Yom Kippur and an electronic copy will be mailed to all of this year’s Book of Memory donors, as well as be available on the Seven Acres website.
