Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services is the largest not-for-profit, non-sectarian, long-term care campus for the aged on the Texas Gulf Coast. With a capacity for 305 residents we are located in Southwest Houston. Over 300 dedicated employees and hundreds of volunteers are committed to providing a comprehensive range of services available to all of our residents, as well as outreach services to the senior community of greater Houston. Seven Acres offers a full complement of enhanced social, religious and cultural programs and strictly kosher meals in a caring and loving environment. We are a certified and licensed Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay facility.

Seven Acres provides a variety of services for all levels of need and care:

• Intermediate Care
  Care for residents who are no longer able to be self-sufficient but do maintain minimum abilities for activities of daily living.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia Care
  Care for residents with Alzheimers Disease or related dementias.
• Severe Behavioral Care
  Care for residents with severe behavioral deficits who can no longer function in group settings.
• Total Dependent Care
  Care for very ill residents who require total physical care.
• Hospice Services
  Residents who are terminally ill and require palliative emotional and spiritual services.
• Intensive Long Term Care
  Residents who require extremely complex clinical intervention.
• Skilled Nursing
  Post-acute services for those transitioning from hospital to home.

  

Service for elderly persons who are no longer able to live independently but do not yet require institutional care.
