Lou Lewis Skilled Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs
Seven Acres offers both outpatient services to the community and inpatient rehabilitation and post-acute services through its Lou Lewis Short-Term Skilled Nursing Program. Our inpatient program and services are ideal for those transitioning from hospital to home. In a specialized rehabilitation setting, Houston families trust Seven Acres to set the groundwork for a successful discharge home or to a lower level of care. Each resident’s care − customized to their specific needs and preferences − is delivered around the clock by trained professionals.
Through a contract with Select Rehabilitation, residents in our rehab center can live as independently as possible. A highly trained staff of licensed therapists and aides work together to provide a broad complement of services, including Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services for our short-term skilled nursing residents and for our long-term care residents on a case-by-case basis.
