Life at The Medallion
We feature a variety of quality services, amenities, and programs. These include 24-hour assisted care to encompass medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, and housekeeping services – all provided by our certified staff in a safe, secure environment.
Our Life Enrichment Director ensures an active schedule of social, cultural, religious, and recreational activities, including music, entertainment, educational programs, and community outings. Our wellness programs offer daily exercise and access to a well-equipped fitness center with an aqua therapy pool. In addition, residents enjoy delicious chef-prepared kosher meals in our elegant dining room. In all aspects, The Medallion is thoughtfully designed to meet the special needs of our residents.
About The Medallion
The Medallion Assisted Living Residence is located in the Greater Meyerland Area in Houston, adjacent to Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services. It is situated in the heart of Houston, near the Medical Center and the Galleria.
The Medallion was built on a foundation of strength, providing a bridge that allows seniors to age in place. We offer a continuum of care that provides seniors with the services they need while maintaining their dignity, quality of life, and sense of independence. This innovative approach to supportive living combines beautiful housing, around-the-clock assisted care, and an extensive array of programs designed to meet the needs of those who require assistance. Our purpose is to nurture and enhance the human spirit, especially at a special time in our residents’ lives.
Care Levels Starting at 750.00 a month!
Care and Services Provided
We provide a range of service levels, each determined by a personalized evaluation:
- Bronze — Independent with minimal supervision — $750/mo.
- Silver — Some assistance — $1,500/mo.
- Gold — Moderate assistance — $2,250/mo.
- Diamond — Maximum assistance — $3,150/mo.
- Platinum — Deluxe assistance — $3,150/mo.+
Additional Services and Amenities
We go above and beyond to make sure our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and engaged in daily life.
Additional services (for a fee) include:
- One-on-One Care by a Resident Care Attendant — $30/hour
- Meals delivered to your apartment — first 6 per month at $4/meal; additional at $5/meal
- Laundry of personal clothing — first load of linens/week is free; additional laundry is $7.50/load
- Additional resident and guest meals
- Salon services
- Transportation services (fees may apply)
- Catered events and family dinners
- Onsite access to third-party physicians, psychologists, and podiatrists
- Pet accommodations
- Carpet cleaning
